Good Odd Goings On

I haven't had a lot of time these last three weeks because my show (She Stoops to Conquer) has been sucking the life out of my life. Essentially what you need to know is this:

1. We have sold out TWICE already, so this thing is pretty good. If you don't see it, you will have missed out.

2. I auditioned for Hairspray and I'm FREAKING OUT. I just want to know one way or the other. Actually, I just want the directors and producers to give me a CHANCE because I feel like if they give me a chance I can prove myself. But the more I think about it, the more I think they would have called me already if they had wanted to see me again. So.

So.

So yeah.

2.5 I'm trying to not let this matter because it's just a part in a show. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter at all. But in the not-so-grand scheme of things, in my immediate life, this feels so big. It feels like this could set the rest of my life in motion.

3. Anyway, I'm really excited about reading my first manuscript for Covenant Communications. I received it in an email, and am working on learning Dutch, Japanese, and Australian accents.

And that is what's been going on in the minutes or seconds between wigs, makeup, corsets, bustles, character shoes, fans, matinees, tech rehearsals, performances, and filming.
